RAG TEARING LAGS

We manufacture wooden rag tearing lags for fiber opening rag tearing machine . Also known as "kirschner beater lags" or "pin beater lags" used in new and recycle fiber opening machine. They are suitable for cotton, synthetic, jute, surgical and other textile fiber opening industry.

They are manufactured with high density laminated press wood which are fitted with tempered nails for smooth opening of fiber and long life.

Sizes available from 500mm to 1600mm.

WOODEN SPIKED LATTICE - Our wooden spiked lattice is manufactured with high density press wood which are highly durable and has long life. Lags are supported with canvas which is backed by fasteners fitted with stripes. Profile sizes - 50mmx30mm, 24mmx12mm and custom profile is also available.

Our wooden feed lattice is made with superior quality press wood material. We manufacture feed lattice for machines of TRUETZSCHLER, LAKSHMI, RIETER, HEENATEX, BALKAN and other blender manufacturer which are used in textile industry for smooth fiber transportation.

Wooden feed lattice - Available in high density press wood for long life and also available in ordinary wood.

Lattice is supported by heavy duty canvas and supportive strips.
Rivet fitting is done over belts for strong grip of lags.

Aluminium feed lattice - Profile size - 40mmx17mm is available. Supported by polyster web connector.
